“Safe Cosmetics Act”

I am re-blogging this post from a fellow indie business. I think it encapsulates the core issues that the Safe Cosmetic Act is proposing and why it will be detrimental to small business owners. As I understand it, the bill also allows each and every state to jump on the band wagon and add additional requirements, making it impossible for small businesses to meet, let alone the paperwork nightmare.
